Making a Claim
If you need to make a claim on your temporary car insurance policy, please visit our claims page for instructions.
Complaints
We take complaints seriously and aim to resolve them quickly. If you are unhappy with our service, please email us with the subject line "Complaint" along with your policy number and details of your concern. We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days and aim to resolve it within 8 weeks.
If you are not satisfied with our resolution, you may refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS).
