2. Exchange Details
Exchange names, addresses, vehicle registrations, and insurance details with all parties involved.
3. Document Everything
Take photographs of damage, the scene, and any relevant road conditions. Note the time and location.
How to Report a Claim
Contact us as soon as possible after the incident. You can report a claim by:

Information You'll Need
When reporting a claim, please have the following information ready:
- Your policy number (found on your insurance certificate)
- Date, time, and location of the incident
- A description of what happened
- Details of all vehicles and people involved

- A crime reference number (if reported to police)
- Photographs of damage to all vehicles
What Happens Next
Once you have reported your claim:
- We will acknowledge your claim within 2 business days
- A claims handler will be assigned to your case
- We may arrange for your vehicle to be inspected
- We will keep you updated on the progress of your claim
- We aim to settle claims as quickly as possible
